How do we pack your Vaccines/ Refrigerated items ?

Vaccines are packaged on ice packs in an insulated styrofoam box. When properly packaged and shipped, vaccines and refrigerated items can arrive safely to you, even in the hot summer days. Please note that the ice packs may be melted when you receive your package, but they have done the job of protecting the vaccines during shipment.

How do we ship your Vaccines / Refrigerated items ?

During check out Please select "Vaccines/ Refrigerated items" for shipping method. 

Vaccines and temperature sensitive items will be shipped Next Day Air and packed with ice packs. Refrigerated items are shipped Monday through Thursday, unless Saturday delivery is requested with customer service and available in your area. Saturday delivery has an extra charge.

Shipping cost will be calculated during check out and based on average weight of the vaccines and the ice packs.

International orders will need to select USPS Global or UPS International.

When do vaccines ship?

Orders shipping within the U.S. ship Monday through Thursday ONLY. Orders recieved after 3:00pm EST Thursday will ship the following Monday.

Orders that are shipped Internationally ship Monday through Wednesday ONLY. Orders recieved after 3.00pm EST Wednesday will ship the following Monday.  

If there are other items in the order, those items may be subject to ground shipping unless you instruct us otherwise.

These rates apply only to vaccines shipped within the contiguous United States.
